If you have already planned your event or any part of your event, we can provide you with specialist on-site event personnel and equipment to bring it all together and make sure everything runs smoothly.
We can co-ordinate all your supplier's deliveries, lay temporary roadways and walkways to protect your lawns and fields, supply site lighting, fencing, generators, thermostatically controlled heaters, specialist furniture, creche facilities, attended toilets and showers, and provide site signs and sign posting.
We can advise on guest arrival and departure, car parking and admission control. We will provide smart and efficient personnel for valet parking, reception services, discreet security and site protection services and post-event waste and litter clearance.
For the larger event we can provide media facilities, hospitality units, dormitory units and dressing rooms, mobile grandstands and start/finish gantries. Our events team can advise on and provide crowd barriers, emergency services and equipment, disabled specialist equipment, video walls and TV displays, radio and telephone communications and Public Address and announcement equipment.
